Ready for school!

School starts for the boys on the 13th of August and we are just about ready. My sweet momma got their supply list and went to 5 stores to find it all! She knew it would've been hard to get out with all 3!

UNO

The other day when the sweet Crager's came to play (Courtney and I in charge of 6 kids... We've come a long way in 6 years!) she told me that the boys would like UNO. I thought NO way do I have the patience to teach that! However, being that we own the deluxe version and I AM an UNO champion I thought I could offer. When Saylor was asleep yesterday we played and they love it! It secretly makes them use their brain and think hard without being obvious ;). On an exciting note ... My 2011 blog book came in yesterday, it's funny how it gets thicker every year. Saylor has just been cute and bossy and Harrison made the biggest mess in the world (one of 500 in his lifetime). We also sold our bedroom leather couches which starts a waterfall of new things needed.... New couch, new bedding, new curtains, new pool.... Just kidding, haha. Really that does take a lot of effort and brain time to look and plan for that stuff when it is really not convenient (and especially to stay in the budget!).

This is AFTER it was swept....they were everywhere....poor fella said,"are you sending this pic to Daddy?"

Card Sharks

Sweet Baby Ty slept for his whole visit, I miss those days!! haha

I finally ordered the blog book for 2011

Summer stay still!

I looked at my calendar and lost my breath when I realized summer is almost over and I still have things I want the babies to do! Not to mention all the things we need to buy for two boys going into 5-day 4-K! So we went to the mall to try on shoes and eat. Of course they had to ride the ride-ons! Saylor fell out in the floor when I picked her up off the 4-wheeler, as she was laid out kicking and screaming "mama!!" i was thankful that there is nobody I know at Sawmill Square mall ;) we also did some crafting yesterday, here are some pics!

Hop on Pop

This week my mom and Granny came for a visit (durning the monsoon). She wanted to see Saylor walking and stayed for coffee and visiting. They so sweetly offered to take the boys back to Hattiesburg for a sleepover. The next day Pop really out did himself! He took them to the golf course for the first time and played a few holes! They loved it! Harrison liked the golf cart best and he said they had drinks there too :) Hudson said he could hit the ball really far and that the golf cart was pretty cool. Then Pop took them to McDonalds to eat and play, they saw some of their best buds the Crager crew so that was icing on the cake! Last, Pop took the boys and Liam swimming! What a day of fun, Hudson told me it was "the best day ever!". Pop (Daddy), we are so thankful for you and the time our babies get to spend with you just having fun!

Oh, and Harrison also said, "I cheated a lot!" ha!

Stay forever!

We went to the outside movie downtown last night. The boys had fun getting snowballs and balloon swords (and a weenie dog) from the balloon man. During the movie Hudson came and gave me a kiss and said "momma I'm going to miss you so so much!" and I said "when?! Why?" and he said," when I grow up and get married I'm going to miss you, I just want I stay with you forever!" (he just said this as casual as can be) "oh Hudson, you can stay with me forever and ever and I hope you do!" this is my precious boy and I wanted to remember this moment for when he runs off with some girl to marry and forgets about his poor old mom! Haha, crazy boy-mom alert!!
Hudson can always put on a smile if there is a camera nearby, he loves his time in the spotlight and then he will take the camera or phone and look at the pictures (or video) over and over and over.

This is how he showed up ready for swim lessons one night....

In his sweet Daddy's lap last night <3

Zoo heat!

Outside at the zoo on one of the hottest days of the summer? Yes, great idea! Actually this kids loved it it was just this A/C queen that let the heat get to me. They got to play in the splash pad to cool off, no fair. Then we went to Gattitown for lunch and Saylor slept right through which is not normal for to miss a social outing, she was just that worn out. I am an "Instagramer" and finally ordered some sticky grams and the boys loved looking at them and arranging them! Last but certainly not least.... Our dear friends the Crager's had their baby boy (surprise!) Ty Brannon on Tuesday, he is precious and I'm so proud of my girl Court for being such a big girl in her first c-section, it's not for the weak!! I have no pics of my visit with them :(
Aunt Pat and Madison came for the day too!

Hudson and Belle

Saylor LOVES this kitty (Puddin Pie Pierce) she will bang on the back door until I oblige.

Sissy Sue asleep, I loved it, she wont do this too much anymore.

Idle hands

I have had to try to keep the boys busy because we all know idle hands..... Anyway one day I was going to get them out (a change of scenery is often the quick fix) and they wanted to go eat donuts and ride the 4-wheelers at the mall... Cheap and easy enough! They just finished swim lessons at the Natatorium and I agree with the instructor..."just keep them in a pool and they will swim, they have to explore!". Our Liam turns 6 on the 4th and we had his birthday this weekend. Last, while the Priss was napping the big boys helped me bake some cookies! That was fun and besides the cracked egg that fell (was thrown) on the floor it was not a bad mess!
