Almost time!

Getting ready for Kindergarten is kind of a big deal... Nanny took care of gathering (and price matching) all of their supplies which I feel the need to mention...one of the supplies listed was 40 glue sticks so times two = 80 glue sticks!!! She saved me so much time! Then we had to get new shoes, some clothes, alarm clock, new toothbrushes and a stool (for morning routine) all the baggies that go into making lunches and snacks and a grocery trip or 5 to complete our grocery list for school food. (I was really nervous about making lunches, but its not so bad.)
Sissy doesn't know what all the fuss is about.

Me and my big boy had a date to Bop's one night before school started, he loves and NEEDS one-on-one attention.

Shoe shopping last minute at the mall, the rides can no longer be ignored we have to stop every time! Here we got the 3 for 1 because I only had 50 cents :)

Last minute shoe shopping also means that they don't have ANY shoes that are the same in a 12 and a 1. Looking back these were really cute :) they were not the ones we got.

DMB Siblings trip!

So back in April or May my oldest bro, Dean, sent Jason and I a text that gave the dates of Dave Matthews Band at the Wharf in OB and said "siblings trip?" we have never gone anywhere just the 3 of us so we were all in and excited! It was a quick one-nighter trip but I loved getting to spend some quality time with two of my favorite guys!
Leaving the hotel headed to the Wharf!

Jason doesn't disappoint, he showed up in his tie-dye and frog tog!

Dean had a full charging station in his pocket for our phones, he has always been the technology supervisor. It came in so handy too!

We went to a friends boat for pre-show appetizers that were delish.

About to go to the show (after the storm blew over).
This guy put on a great show! We sang and danced the night away and then went to the hotel for a quick sleep and back to reality!

Summer started getting long...

One Sunday the girls got to come stay with us so we kicked it off right with a trip to our new DQ!
Kali Huddy, Say, Kayla, and Harry

Before church one day with my favorite colors and theme on, anchors and sailor suits!

Sissy found a new love for the boys big dinosaurs and treated them like little kitties. She carried them everywhere and slept with them. They would give me a heart attack early in the morning when I would walk through the house and see one on the floor it looked like a cat or armadillo to my sleepy eyes so they went back to the playroom until the next discovery!

Hudson lost his first top tooth, the tooth fairy has been a very busy gal around the Pierce house, her money is always sparkly....makes it hard to spend, maybe I should get all sparkly money so I won't spend it.

Harrison LOVED this baby dog giving him attention and loving. He has the kindest little heart and he loves to nurture when given the chance ;)

The 4th!

Joel had to work this year on the 4th, so me and the kids loaded up and went to Jason and Shelley's house in the Oaks District in downtown Hattiesburg. Their neighborhood has a bike parade so we brought the bikes too. It was such a fun and festive day!
Hudson and his momma, we love an excuse to accessorize!

Liam and his momma. Happy 7th Birthday little boogie!!

Grayson and Harrison decorating the bikes.

Lucy and Liam getting ready to ride.

This is our family picture from the 4th, we had to take about 20 and still didn't get that "perfect" shot but I love it! Great day!

That weekend we went to Liam's birthday party at Kids Rule! It was awesome of course!

The Cousins come to Laurel!

During the week of July 4th we had so much fun with our cousins! We all went to the water park and then they all came to our house for fireworks and a sleepover!

Who said 6 kids was hard?? This is a piece of cake!

Here we are at the little gem of a place we found to watch the Laurel fireworks! They all lined up to watch, it was awesome!

Here is what they looked like after the sun went down and they had glow necklaces... Good times!

Summer fun!

I am trying to catch up on blogging about our summer! Here is what we did the last of June!
The boys went to their FIRST summer camp and it was Tennis and Swim Camp at the Laurel Country Club. They loved it and picked up a new love for tennis. They had to be big and keep up with their clothes and towels they used. Saylor didn't like dropping them off, she wanted to go too!

Then we went to Hattiesburg to walk around in the mall and take the boys and Liam to the movies.

We went to see Monster's University 3D, this was one of our favorite attractions at Disney World.

We cooked out at Uncle Matthew and Aunt Julia's and the kids went swimming. These 3 girls are so sweet together!

We got Mercy a swimming pool because apparently Springers like to swim, she is web-toed and tries to swim in Charlie's water bucket all the time.

We also used our season passes at the Water Park and had a blast!
