Summer Siri
These kiddos have been swimming twice a day this week with swim lessons being every night and finding a pool to jump in during the day. Summer is definitely in full effect with the heat and day time boredom :/ This morning I heard Hudson trying to talk to Siri( the lady in the iPhone that can do anything). He was talking low so I couldn't hear him ... He said,"Excuse me, can you buy me a toy please?" and she was probably saying "sorry I can't understand that request" he finally asked,"can you get my Nanny to buy me a toy please?" and she said "ok, when do you want me to remind you?" and he said,"today please!" I was laughing out loud and he didn't know I could hear everything! Siri gets used a lot in the car so he probably thinks she is sitting somewhere ready to take her orders! At least he used his sweet manners with her!

Walker
Being that it's the first official day of summer 2012... Saylor decided she wants to walk everywhere! To commemorate and celebrate summer, she is wearing Maggie Moore's crab dress, she hasn't been in a dress since she started crawling and she feels so pretty! Way to go sister!!
Beach 2012
We went to Orange Beach this year to the Caribe for our Brown family beach trip. It was such a great place for families with kids, we had a great time. It is still a lot of work with a 1 year old but we had enough hands to help out. I never even got my big camera out of the car just because my hands were always full so i had to go through my phone pics and I had a A LOT! These are the highlights of this years trip!
• Louisiana Lagniappe
• the boys first Build-A-Bear and Laser Tag
• the lazy river
• saylor taking her morning nap at Nannys!
• eating fresh snapper and flounder that was caught the same day!
• watching Lucy teach Harrison to dance at Cosmo's
• Hudson waking Joel at 6 every morning to go fishing ;)
• s'mores!
• Ashley's Sangria
• Lucy pushing Saylor around the 10th floor in her stroller until she was asleep almost every night.
• the boys caught their first fish on the same morning (thank goodness!)
• Family!

In the OBA
We are at the Caribe in Orange Beach this week, the kids and I came down a couple days ago and Joel finally got here last night. It has been fun making new memories and having "firsts" with them. Here is my first phone pics unload! Lazy River, doing their summer work early in the morning, taking early morning walks so not to wake everyone, and figuring out the size of our ice chest.

Puddin'
Looks like mrs/mr Puddin Pierce is going to be coming home with us after we get back from the beach, the boys are so excited. Even Saylor gets a high pitched voice and says "ki ki ki". Is it true that tri-color cats are females?

Airborne Trampoline
These are some snapshots of what we have been up to this summer so far! We went to Global Wildlife and rented a Jeep to ride around and feed the animals, it was so neat. We played with kittens, ate crawfish, went to eat after church with a sleeping baby and watched Saylor push around her little stool and stand and sit on it whenever she needs a break! The picture of the storm coming in, is the one I took about 3 minutes before straight-line winds blew in and put our trampoline in flight and dumped it in the brush and woods in the lot next door. Joel is trying to figure out how to salvage it :/ the last picture you can see the side of it peeping out.
